Dennis C. Fairchild
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Dennis C. Fairchild joined TROY Group as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on July 23, 2004. Prior to accepting his current position Mr. Fairchild worked with TROY Group as an adviser. Previously he was the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Board at DA Consulting Group, an international consulting firm. Mr. Fairchild held executive finance positions with National Water & Power, AmeriQuest, Southeast Frozen Foods, Nash Finch and American Hoist and Derrick. Previously Mr. Fairchild practiced as a certified public accountant, with work experience with McGladrey & Pullen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Fairchild is also a Certified Management Accountant and holds a BS in Accounting from The University of Minnesota at Mankato.
