Brian P. Dirk
Vice Chairman, President and COO

Brian P. Dirk was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board, Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President of Operations of TROY Group on December 1, 2001. Previously, he served as Vice President since May 1996. He was a member of our Board of Directors from that date until October 30, 1998. He again became a director in July 1999. Mr. Dirk’s duties include managing our acquisition and alliance strategies and staff. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of International and Federal Government Sales. Since joining us in 1989, Mr. Dirk has held various management positions, including Director of Business Development and International Sales Manager. Mr. Dirk is the son of Patrick J. Dirk.
