Stephen G. Holmes

Stephen G. Holmes has been a principal of Global Capital Markets, Inc., a boutique investment banking firm providing merger and acquisition services to middle market companies in the U.S. and Asia since October 1995. From February 1992 to September 1995 Mr. Holmes served as the chief financial officer and a member of the board of directors of AmeriQuest Technologies, Inc., then a NYSE-listed company and a distributor of information technology solutions. The company was acquired in June 1995 by a unit of VIAG AG, now E.ON AG, Munich, a group of companies engaged in energy, telecommunications and industrial activities. From September 1968 to January 1992 Mr. Holmes was affiliated with Arthur Andersen, an accounting and consulting firm, and served as a general partner from September 1978 to January 1992.
